Gaius Aurelius Valerius Diocletianus
known in English as Diocletian, was Roman Emperor from 284 to 305.
Diocletian brought an end to the period popularly known to historians as
the "Crisis of the Third Century" (235–84).
He established an autocratic government and was responsible for laying the groundwork for the second phase of the Roman Empire,
which is known as the "Later Roman Empire".
Diocletian's reforms fundamentally changed the structure of imperial government and helped stabilize the empire economically and militarily, enabling it to remain essentially intact for another hundred years.
The empire's last systematic persecution of Christianity began late in Diocletian's reign
and continued until 311.
He retired in his big palace (see picture above) build in Split, a city now belonging to Croatia.

Yesterday was a stormy day, not just in America ("Extensive storm damage along Washington, Oregon coast"), at the area where the Annapolis conference had taken place just one week before and where the Jerusalem split seems to have been decided upon.
Also for Javier Solana. He was sheduled to be in Sarajevo yesterday, where Bosnia kicked off pre-membership EU talks (read about it here), and the EUFOR troops where strengthened now, after one year under Germany's, under Spanish command.
But it was to stormy for the plane to land, so Solana had to find shelter in Split. (read about it here). Here he met with the also stranded German defence minister Jung and his Spanish colleague. Surely talk was also about the 3-5.dec. plenary session of the Assembly of the 10-heads WEU, where Solana wants to be appointed for another 2 years as it's Secretary General (a job he has since 1999).
Some interesting results have already been proclaimed yesterday by them:

"The Assembly has just put together a more readable consolidated version of the Provisions concerning the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP), including the Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP), arranged by topic, contained in the Treaty amending the Treaty on European Union and the Treaty establishing the European Community, known as the “Lisbon Treaty”.
The Treaty on European Union and the Treaty establishing the European Community (the Reform Treaty) was approved by the heads of state and government of the 27 EU member states in Lisbon on 18 October 2007 and is due to be signed in Lisbon on 13 December next. This treaty replaces the earlier ‘Draft Treaty Establishing a Constitution for Europe’, which was rejected following the referenda in both France and The Netherlands in May 2005. The aim is for the Reform Treaty to be ratified by the Member States before the European Parliament elections scheduled for June 2009.The Nice Treaty for the moment continues to provide the basis for the EU’s activities under the ESDP. It was signed on 26 February 2001 and entered into force on 1 February 2003. Article 27 of the new Reform Treaty refers to provisions on the “Common Security and Defence Policy” (CSDP), formerly the “European Security and Defence Policy” (ESDP), and replaces Article 17 of the Treaty of Nice.
The provisions concerning the CFSP in Assembly Document (DG (2007) 7) provide the future legal basis for the EU’s activities in the field of the CFSP.
The President of the Assembly, French Senator Jean-Pierre MASSERET, will be presenting a report on the “The Reform Treaty and Europe’s security and defence” (Document C/1979) on behalf of the Political Committee during the plenary session, on Tuesday 4 December in the afternoon at the Palais d’Iéna in Paris.LINK

INFORMATION PAPER
on page 10, Art 16 it says:

"2. In cases requiring a rapid decision, the High Representative, of his or her own motion, or at therequest of a Member State, shall convene an extraordinary Council meeting within 48 hours or, in an emergency, within a shorter period."

If you compare, then you see, this is rec.666 paragraph 12 of the WEU
now implemented into the EU-treaty!
If you are not familiar with this document,
please read what brother Herb had to say about it: here.

but not enough with that: the WEU Assembly wants also
-stepping up the European engagement in the Middle East:
"Paris, 4 December 2007 – The Assembly said on Tuesday that it was in favour of stepping up peacekeeping missions in the Middle East, in particular with the launch of a new autonomous civil-military operation in the Palestinian Territories. Submitting a report on Europe and peacekeeping missions in the Middle East on behalf of the Defence Committee, Mr Dario Rivolta (Italy, Federated Group) felt that the recent Annapolis meeting on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict was “a very important new development that gave the opportunity to again express loudly and clearly the will to explore, in the coming year, all the possibilities for peace”. Recalling that Javier Solana, High Representative for the CFSP and Secretary-General of WEU, had said that the European Union was ready to take up the fresh momentum generated by Annapolis, the Assembly recommended “launching an autonomous civil-military security assistance operation in the Palestinian Territories to support and strengthen the Palestinian Authority.

...The Assembly recommended better coordination of “national policies with respect to Lebanon and the Palestinian Territories in order to strengthen the role of the European Union” in the efforts to resolve these crises. On the operational level, the Assembly once again emphasised the urgent need to harmonise the rules of engagement. “It is absurd to have troops on the same ground with widely differing rules of engagement”. Mr Rivolta stressed that this “seriously undermines the effectiveness of military operations”. LINK

-Also the WEU urged tougher maritime border surveillance to combat illegal traffic and pollution
A report, presented Mr João Mota Amaral (Portugal, Federated Group) on Monday and adopted unanimously, listed a number of practical steps to be taken, including harmonisation of EU members' rules and structures, the link-up of national positioning systems and databases, the use of the Torrejón EU Satellite Centre in Spain (this is Solana's Galileo) to monitor maritime movements and more funds to upgrade equipment. (compare with Paragraph 18 of rec.666)
The report, 'Surveillance of Europe's maritime frontiers - reply to the annual report of the Council', stresses a global approach to tackling the problems of illegal immigration and drug trafficking, and criticises the fragmentation and lack of interoperability of maritime systems. Illegal immigration 'is one of the great tragedies of our time', Mr Mota Amaral said.

In beteen all the structures to fight fundamental Christians are in place, as brother Rich showed so brilliant in his latest article "Killing with a clear conscience".
- Or with the WEU in a document from yesterday in their own words (here relating to PKK-Turkey conflict):
"The EU lacked the political and military structures to intervene when the former Yugoslavia broke apart, but this was no longer the case. We have both the political and military means to react to the crisis”, he said, adding that he would be surprised if the relevant bodies did not have contingency plans ready
should the situation deteriorate”. LINK isn't that a synonym for an emergency?

Maranatha!
stay tuned!

Extraordinary info., Farmer.

Rec. 666 begins to move front and center. The meeting in Split sounds almost preplanned. It is sad that Poland has "caved-in" to the EU agenda as they were probably the last, best hope of a holdout among the 27 EU nations.

The Lord be with you.

P.S. The first line reads "Extraordinary info., Farmer."

Thanks for the informative post Farmer. Recommendation 666 continues to strengthen. What is most troubling is how many people are asleep.

Wow, it is amazing how all the pieces to the puzzle are coming together. I find it interesting that we are not hearing from anyone against the "civil-military security assistance operation" If everyone in the EU is so sure that this Jerusalem "divide" to the Palestinians is going to bring peace and that it is "crucial" why do they feel the need to have military established there? Do they expect a war to break out? I thought everyone on both side have decided this is the peacemaker? Humm -could it be that everyone outside the elite is against this? It just seems that people are hearing what is taking place but not listening. This "crucial implementation" is nothing but a power hungry move for the EU/Solana to start and support their military control and what a better place to start than the HEART of the world (God's Land- Our soon returning King's home). I am already hearing the push from the Member States for the Palestinian controlled territory. In Israel Today's headlines for Dec. 6th: Sarkozy: Absence of 'Palestine' an injustice. Read it here: http://tiny.cc/ttNsD

“launching an autonomous civil-military security assistance operation in the Palestinian Territories to support and strengthen the Palestinian Authority”

So he'll be "supporting" the Palestians mid-week when he begins his war with God's people?

Humph! No one will ever suspect what will REALLY be going on...sadly, not even some "Christian" churches.

Bless the Lord that He has raised up people to minister and teach us the truth in these times.

Thanks for this and your continuing efforts to warn by reporting what is happening, as it relates to Bible prophecies.

2006:
"Mr. Clooney accepted The Interfaith Alliance’s annual award at a sold-out gala organized to celebrate Walter Cronkite’s 90th birthday. Mr. Cronkite, a vocal supporter of The Interfaith Alliance for over a decade, is a long-time friend of George Clooney’s family. The Interfaith Alliance honored George Clooney for his work to advance the cause of liberty through film and his commitment to a compassionate political agenda."

THE THREE MOST DANGEROUS WORDS IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE:

"STRUCTURED PERMANENT COOPERATION" -- the anti-militaristic groups in Europe are perceiving the problems. When will the Christians wake up!?

Constance Cumbey said...

SORRY FOR THE ACRONYM REVERSAL

IT SHOULD READ

"PERMANENT STRUCTURED COOPERATION"
not "structured permanent cooperation"

When Solana was appointed to that 10 permament member WEU position he was to be its final leader for its last year of operation. That year sure has lasted a very long time! The public story was that they were winding down the job. Holyon's book tells the real tale -- it was about REVIVING that 10 power federation. I'll bet Solana will never give that job up -- it's just too bully a pulpit for him!

Why is everyone saying "christians wake up". we are saved people because we have excepted christ as our savior. so we have nothing to worry about. the main thing is that if you are a christian and you know this information, you should be preaching the gospel more desperately. we should try and win as many souls as we can before the rapture.
