Poland May be Forced to Hold EU Treaty Referendum

Do you think there are some last minute "payola" for the Polish politicians?

Could last minute "negotiations" by the Russians be stalling the whole acceptance of the Lisbon Treaty?

We may find more out at Bucharest in April.
